A customer can at any time, depending on your Layby/Layaway Conditions, Cancel a Layby/Layaway.
During the cancellation process, you can add a Cancellation Fee which will be deducted from the refund amounts owed to the customer on any payments made against the Layby/Layaway.
Select the Customer that is wishing to cancel the Layby/Layaway.
Navigate to and select the Layby/Layaway Cancel button.
The Layby/Layaway Cancellation screen will open, where you can select which Laybys/Layaways to cancel.
Select the Layby(s)/Layaway(s) the customer wants to cancel, and press the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen.
The screen will update all Laybys/Layaways selected for cancellation.
You can now select to refund the full amount, or enter an amount to be charged to the customer as a Cancellation Fee.
Press the Enter button to refund the money to the customer, less any cancellation fees added.
